  Brendan has specialist knowledge and experience in the field of independent facilitation, evaluation and strategic planning. He has an impressive range and depth of experience in all aspects of local development, gained in senior posts in demanding environments.

  CIARAN BOYLAN:

  Ciaran has worked extensively in the field of community economic development and business development programmes. Ciaran has worked for a wide range of public sector clients including DETI, DEL, DSD, Local authorities, PEACE II partnerships and community based organisations.

  MARIA CURRAN:

  Maria has a strong background in programme and project evaluation work and is particularly experienced with respect to Peace and Reconciliaton, Community Safety and health based evaluation work. Maria also has responsibility for Programme design and management and currently manages the IFI's Community Leadership Programme and the ASPIRE Programme on behalf of Ards LSP.

  Meave brings specific strengths in the field of research, appraisal and evaluation. Meaves input into the LOCUS team includes questionnaire design, sampling and data entry, statistacial analysis and report writing, workshop and focus group facilitation, and primary consultation.

  Lisa is the administrator with LOCUS Management. She has specific responsibility for providing a dedicated administration support to all LOCUS assignments.
