LOCUS has recently completed a highly successful evalaution training programme with 10 community groups funded by Belfast Local Strategy Partnership.
Quotes from paticipants included: "I was particularly impressed with the training materials, especially focus group/facilitating work". "The programme stressed the importance to me of planning and recording from the beginning of the project so that monitoring can be ongoing and evaluation will be made easier". LOCUS has been appointed by Ballymena Community Safety Partnership to undertake one of the first commissioned concurrent evaluations of the Community Safety initative.
