About Us

LOCUS Management (CMB Ltd) is a private company which was established in 1996 by Brendan Smith and Ciaran Boylan. Both partners have extensive experience in the development environment gained through a number of challenging positions including local government, enterprise and the European Commission.

Maria Curran, was brought in as a partner in 1997 and the company has continued to grow and develop, serving clients from the public, community/voluntary and private sectors.

Our office is located on 114 Malone Avenue, Belfast, BT9 6ES.

Where appropriate, we form strategic alliances with other companies and organisations to manage and complement our multi-disciplinary projects. Our work is primarily based in Northern Ireland and the six border counties of Ireland. As an expansion of local services, we have undertaken assignments throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. LOCUS has also delivered overseas consultancy support in a number of prestigious assignments, we have undertaken research, strategic planning and evaluation work throughout Europe including TACIS funded assignments in Kiev, Ukraine and Yurga, Western Siberia.
