LOCUS Management (CMB ltd) is a private company which was established in 1997 by Ciaran Boylan and Maria Curran. Both partners have extensive experience in the regeneration and development environment gained through a number of challenging positions in local government, enterprise, the community sector and the European Commission.
Our clients include local and central government, the community and voluntary sector and private sector.
Where appropriate, we form strategic alliances with other companies and organisations to manage and compliment our mutli-disciplinary projects. Our work is primarily based in Northern Ireland and the six border counties of Ireland. As an expansion of local services, we have undertaken assignments throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
